About The Books
There’s a phrase many of us remember from the schoolyard — shouted across the playground with a grin and a jab of mockery: “See ya! Wouldn’t want to be ya!”
It was childish. It was cutting. And, as it turns out, it was perfectly prophetic.
Because if you really look at the gallery of grifters, gaslighters, and grandstanding liars who’ve slithered their way into positions of power in American politics — especially within the orbit of Trumpism — one thing becomes painfully clear:
We wouldn’t want to be them. And we damn sure don’t want to keep seeing them.
These books are a tour through that rogue’s gallery — a brutally honest, thoroughly researched, and satirically sharpened account of the politicians, enablers, media manipulators, corporate fixers, and authoritarian cheerleaders who’ve hijacked patriotism and wrapped it around their own toxic ambitions. From the hollow sanctimony of Marsha Blackburn to the anime death memes of Paul Gosar, from Kristi Noem shooting her dog to Matt Gaetz Venmoing his way into a federal probe — these are not public servants. They are public threats.
The phrase “See ya” now becomes not just a sendoff — but a call to action. A rejection.
A political and moral boundary line.
We see you. We know what you’ve done. And we refuse to let you define what America is supposed to be.
And “Wouldn’t want to be ya”? That’s not just an insult. It’s a declaration of decency. A reminder that conscience still counts, that integrity still matters, and that anyone with even a flicker of moral awareness wouldn’t trade places with these people for all the PAC money in the world.
These books are not a hit piece. It’s a record. A compendium. A ledger of misdeeds, lies, corruption, cowardice, and cruelty — written not in vengeance, but in defense of a future where we don’t let this level of disgrace repeat itself. These chapters are sharp for a reason: because dulling the truth has only enabled the deceit.
So go ahead — turn the page.
And to those profiled within these covers, we say what generations of school kids already knew:
See ya. Wouldn’t want to be ya.

And – each person in the book has a poem - a poetic take down - (or song if you are so inclined) written for them at the end of their chapter. You’ll love ‘em!
And then there is the final epic, poetic take down "The Craven" - as lengthy and brooding and unsettling as Poe's The Raven; dedicated to all the gas lighters and grifters profiled in the pages.
“While we need to continue to resist Trump’s authoritarianism, we also need to highlight his utter inability to govern America.” Robert Reich.
These are the individuals exhumed in volume one. (In volume two? You'll have to wait and see.)
